The information gathered to make your appointment is only used by Sarah Smith to manage your appointment, including confirmation emails. The information gathered for a gift certificate order is only used by Sarah Smith to arrange collection or dispatch of your certificate. Your information so gathered will not be used for any other purpose, and will not be passed on to any third parties.

Online appointment policy

If you request an appointment with me using the online booking service via Calendly, Sarah Smith will confirm your request by an automated email via Zoom. You may change or cancel your appointment, up to 48 hours before by phone. The balance of payment is to be made in full prior to scheduling your session. Out of hours bookings are available at request subject to Sarah Smith discretion and increased session costs.

Cancellation policy

A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment.  If 48 hours notice has not been given, full payment for the appointment will be required. Please email contact@sarahsmithpsychic.com directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns regarding services received contact us directly by emailing contact@sarahsmithpsychic.com

The Services are subject to the recipient’s interpretation. Choices, and/or actions based on the Services or the content thereof are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Sarah Smith will not offer any Services to any person who is under 18 years of age without having received written consent from such person’s parent or legal guardian. Sarah Smith makes no guarantees, express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, relevancy, or quality of the Services provided. Sarah Smith does not assume and the undersigned hereby releases and discharges Sarah Smith from any and all liability to any person or entity for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential) caused in relation to any information and/or any suggestion, or advice provided, readings, products, or Services whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.
